overall you need to make sure you get the right stylist when you go to this salon. i've been going to robin lee for about 3 years for thermal reconditioning ("japanese hair straightening") and she's awesome. i've been to another place in LA, 2 in SF and one in India, and i can say she knows what she's doing, she's personable and she'll take care of your hair. she's also got a great eye for cuts.
